Starting Monday, September 15, 2025, we are delighted to introduce something new at our restaurant. Alongside our classic menu, you will also be able to enjoy a special tasting with selected Burgundy wines, carefully paired with each course.
Our chef Aleš Pátek, together with his team, has designed the menu to bring out the perfect harmony of flavors and wines.

His very first encounter with cooking began at a mountain holiday cottage, which became the launchpad for a remarkable career path – including experiences at Circle Line under the guidance of French chef Jacques Auffraise, and later alongside chefs Carlo Bernardini, Petr Bureš, Nicolas Sale, and Gilad Peled. Aleš is never afraid to experiment, and the artistry he creates on the plate is something you truly should not miss.

Our Wine Selection
Our new Burgundy menu is built on wines from three exceptional wineries, among the most renowned in the region.
From Domaine d’Henri, you will taste an elegant Chablis with the typical minerality and freshness that perfectly complements seafood and lighter starters. Olivier Leflaive, one of the leading producers in Côte de Beaune, brings to our menu superb wines from the Pernand-Vergelesses and Bourgogne appellations – their complexity and refinement shine when paired with fish and cheeses. And from Comte Armand comes the distinctive Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru, which pairs beautifully with more robust dishes, such as our Beef Bourguignon.
