Our Approach to Wine
When curating our wine list, we prioritise wineries we know personally and visit regularly. We cultivate long-term relationships with winemakers both locally and abroad, closely following their work and evolution. Behind the scenes, our restaurant houses its own wine cellar, equipped with state-of-the-art technology that ensures optimal aging conditions. Naturally, we also offer carefully selected carafes for decanting and use glasses of the correct shape — all to provide you with a perfect wine experience.
