Truffles are back – and with them, our new seasonal menu at Portfolio Restaurant.
Do you remember last year’s delivery from Petr Synek of Laniche, the passionate truffle hunter who brings us the finest selection from around the world every season? This year is no different – the truffles have once again arrived in their full glory, and we are delighted to present them on your plate.

We invite you to discover a degustation menu inspired by this exceptional ingredient and its unmistakable flavor. The truffle season at Portfolio begins on 27 October 2025. We look forward to welcoming you.

Aleš first discovered his passion for cooking at a mountain cottage kitchen – a beginning that led to a series of remarkable culinary milestones. He honed his skills under the guidance of the French mentor Jacques Auffraise at Circle Line Restaurant, and later alongside renowned chefs such as Carlo Bernardini, Petr Bureš, Nicolas Sale, and Gilad Peled. Fearless in experimentation, Aleš creates true works of art on the plate – an experience you won’t want to miss.
