When choosing wine, we most often target wineries that we know and which we have personally visited. We try to cultivate a long-term relationship with winemakers here and abroad and monitor their development. Based on this, we dare to say that we have one of the best wine lists in Prague. Behind the scenes of our restaurant, we have our own wine cellar, where the wines can mature in peace for a long time. It is equipped with the most modern technology that ensures perfect and stable conditions. A suitably chosen carafe for possible decantation of wine and the correct shape of the glasses are a matter of course for us.
